For most of us, grocery shopping is a chore. For 9-year-old Amaria Borders, however, the simple act of picking up produce is a cause for celebration.
The 9-year-old is wheelchair-bound from spina bifida and was never able to help push the cart at the grocery store. Now, thanks to a new adaptive cart at the Publix Super Market at Apex in Lutz, Florida, she can help her mom. It's a simple task -- made accessible.
